Objectives - ESG & Heritage

We aim to fight inflation and provide stable financial returns while promoting sustainability, culture,  and heritage.

About Private Equity Fund

1. Higher returns than investors can obtain from public market investment

2. Hassle-free investment management

3. Personal liability protection for investors

4. Provide diversification benefits that are difficult for individual investor to achieve

5. Better recourse to funding and leverage finance from institutions as individual financing ability limited

Expertise

We provide investors access to exclusive and lucrative real estate investments not available in public markets. We work closely with financial institutes, the public sector, senior legal counsels, developers, architects, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private wealth and investment bankers, and family offices.

In general, we deal with distressed assets, private sales, auction assets, bank sales and private debts.

Tax Advantage

No Double Taxation - Limited Partnership does not pay tax until distribution. Unlike limited Partnerships, usually, limited companies need to pay tax at the corporate level upon receiving income or gain and shareholders will be taxed again at personal level when they receive dividends, as such investing in private equity limited partnership investment gives investors greater tax planning flexibility and benefits.

ESG Tax incentives - Governments around the world introduce a range of tax relief and regulatory measures to incentivise businesses to adopt ESG strategies, such as climate change levies, landfill lax etc.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

We adopt ESG to our investment strategy:

1. optimised financial return

2. recession-proof

3. Carbon Credit Trading
